Restaurant “Fish of dreams” occupies an impressive part of the former distillery of Peter Smirnov. The walls with red brickwork, domed ceilings, hand-made stained glass windows and as much as 600 square meters of space – all this is a historical legacy of the century before last.
The interior was deliberately almost unchanged. It has been just restored, supplemented with elements of a modern loft and graphic images of marine life on the ceiling vaults. In the center of the hall is a stage decorated with flowers and live plants, and closer to the open kitchen is a fish showcase, where guests can choose which fish or shellfish to serve them for dinner.
The restaurant’s chef is a true fan of the traditions of cooking fish dishes in Eastern Russia. The chef likes rare varieties of fish: navaga, Berik, sockeye, Chinook are delivered to the restaurant directly from the Russian Far East. Seafood is prepared in spicy and sweet Asian marinades.
It is known that seafood is good with the right wine. In the “Fish of dreams” you can use the services of a sommelier who will accurately select a drink that correctly sets off all the flavor notes of a particular dish.
The restaurant’s special pride is its open kitchen. Guests can watch the cooking process and chat with the chef in person.
The area of the restaurant “Fish of dreams” allows you to hold events of various scales: from negotiations to luxury banquets for 300 people.
The restaurant has a separate VIP room with a fireplace and plasma panels and a large loft space that can be decorated in any holiday theme.
