Russian cuisine, the revival of Russian culinary traditions is the concept of the restaurant.
The interior is simple, elegant and majestic. High ceilings and panoramic windows, loft-style and modern interiors, designer crystal chandelier – all this creates a sense of comfort and a festive atmosphere.
A special feature of the establishment is an open furnace shop. In the center of the hall there are three large Russian stoves built according to a unique project. Here they prepare fragrant and crumbly buckwheat porridge with goat or mushrooms (languishes in the oven for 12 hours), daily bake delicious fresh bread, including pumpkin and buckwheat, make melted butter, milk, or old Russian dessert “varenets”, to which the chef added the author’s highlight – ice cream from a baked apple.
The spacious hall can accommodate up to 140 people for a banquet and up to 180 people for a buffet and is suitable for events of any format with any seating option.
