French restaurant with a real chef from France. The chef, Eric le Provo, made the menu from national French recipes made from seasonal Russian products.
The restaurant offers traditional onion soup, a tourado of Brian beef with gratin Dauphinua and a sauce of red wine or tartare from Black Sea mullet, cooked in French manner with ratatouille.
All meat delicacies and cheeses are prepared by Russian farms. There are also traditional sausages fuet, corse and calabrez, Parisian ham and also Cheeses Camembert, Valance, St. Mor, Mont Blue and Saint-Remy.
To the connoisseurs of all true-French, we recommend to order a classic steak of beef tartare with potato saute on a recipe that is more than 80 years old, snails escargot with garlic oil escalope with foie gras, pineapple, celery and pomegranate sauce, duck night confit with potato saute and tart flambe with bacon and mushrooms.
The desserts deserve special attention: classic creme brulee, milfey and praline Paris-Brest.
The restaurant has its own confectionery with a huge selection of cakes, buns and desserts, as in the real Parisian confectionery. Be sure to try croissants, cranberry or lemon tarts, chocolate bread and famous brioche.
The wine list deserves special attention: more than 20 types of French wine (Bordeaux, muscade, champagne) and a real French fruit brandy.
