This is a fashionable restaurant with a large oven in the building of the Central market.
The interior is designed in a modern Russian folk style with a large round oven in the open kitchen. First of all, we recommend to try dishes prepared in the oven: pizza, tortillas, more than six variations of bread with wild sourdough. You may buy the bread at a fixed price. Local huge bruschetta with a generous filling is very popular.
The open kitchen has a large Texas smoker oven with a rotating mechanism. Meat, fish and seafood are cooked in it or grilled.
The restaurant also offers a vegetarian menu.
From opening to lunch, the restaurant serves breakfasts: pancakes, pancakes, pastries, sandwiches, porridge.
